Environment Canada has a document called 'Technical Pollution Prevention Guide
for Brewery and Winery Operations in the Lower Fraser Basin'.  It made be
downloaded from their website at http://www.pyr.ec.gc.ca/ec/frap/abate.html.  It
is in PDF format, and the actual report is located at
